CASTLIGHT Pty Ltd T/A CASTLIGHT (ABN 27 090 031 306) (“CASTLIGHT”) respects the privacy of individuals and treats your Personal Information with respect and integrity.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the way in which CASTLIGHT collects and handles your Personal Information and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Collection of personal information

By using CASTLIGHT’s website, by engaging CASTLIGHT for a quotation or order for any product or service, by providing CASTLIGHT with a quotation for any product or service, or by entering into any agreement with CASTLIGHT, you consent to the collection of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

CASTLIGHT may collect and hold the following personal information (“Personal Information”):

• Full name, position within a company;
• Australian Company Number and/or Australian Business Number;
• Residential and/or business address inc. postal and building address;
• Phone and/or facsimile number;
• Email address;
• Bank account details inc. routing numbers and credit and/or debit card details;
• Signatures;
• Information collected automatically through technology and website use such as: IP addresses; Web browsing history; Cookie and tracking data;
• Photographs;
• Audio and video recordings; and
• any additional information provided to CASTLIGHT, including order details.

Use of personal information

CASTLIGHT uses the Personal Information for the purpose for which it was specified or reasonably apparent at the time when the Personal Information was collected.

The Personal Information may be used in respect to the following:

• Providing product and/or service quotations;
• Providing order confirmations;
• Processing of orders and/or payments;
• Providing updates on order status and/or progress;
• Assisting the offering of products and services by CASTLIGHT or its related entities, business partners, suppliers, contractors, agents and/or employees;
• Processing of job applications and the provision of relevant information in this respect;
• Communicating promotional offers or special events;
• Responding to feedback, complaints and enquiries; and
• Using for administrative, marketing, planning, service or product development purposes.

You may advise CASTLIGHT at any time if you do not wish to receive any promotional offers or marketing information from CASTLIGHT by contacting the CASTLIGHT privacy policy co-ordinator (“Co-ordinator”) via privacy@castlight.com.au

Disclosure of personal information

Where appropriate and required, CASTLIGHT may disclose your Personal Information:

• To other associated CASTLIGHT entities;
• To CASTLIGHT’s suppliers, business partners, agents, contractors and/or employees;
• To Equifax or any other collection organisation;
• Where the law requires or authorises CASTLIGHT to do so; and
• To any other third party notified by you at the time of or after collecting your Personal Information.

Access to management and protection of personal information

CASTLIGHT will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate, up to date and complete. However, CASTLIGHT relies on you advising of any changes or inaccuracies of your Personal Information. Please advise us if you are of the view that any of your Personal Information requires updating or correcting.

You can withdraw your consent for us to use your Personal Information, request access to, requests updates to, or request the deletion of your Personal Information by contacting the CASTLIGHT privacy policy co-ordinator (“Co-ordinator”) at any time via privacy@castlight.com.au

CASTLIGHT will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure (other than set out in the Privacy Policy).

No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while CASTLIGHT strives to protect your Personal Information, CASTLIGHT cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to CASTLIGHT over the internet, and you do so at your own risk.

Once CASTLIGHT receives your transmission, CASTLIGHT makes its best effort to try and ensure the information and Personal Information security both on CASTLIGHT’s systems and while in transit between CASTLIGHT’s systems and the companies who provide CASTLIGHT with the various systems.

Changes to this policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Complaints procedure

If you wish to make a complaint about a breach of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) by CASTLIGHT, please lodge a complaint to the CASTLIGHT privacy policy co-ordinator (“Co-ordinator”) at privacy@Castlight.com.au .

The Co-ordinator will investigate your complaint and determine how it can be resolved. Should you not be satisfied with the way your complaint was handled or determined, you may contact CASTLIGHT or, alternatively, contact the Australian Information Commissioner via www.oaic.gov.au .
